Following the opening of Tiffany & Co.’s Blue Box Café at Lee Gardens, the café introduces its new Sunday Brunch, available every Sunday from 9 August 2026 and priced at HK$658 + 10% per guest.
Created by Chef Agustin Balbi and the Blue Box Café team, the new menu begins with freshly baked breads and croissants followed by a Seafood Tower of oysters, king crab legs, crab salad with XO mayonnaise, seafood salad with sea urchin and deep-fried scallops with truffle.
Guests can then choose a main course, including Roasted Chicken with Mushrooms and Rice Casserole, Homemade Egg Tagliolini with Crab and Marinated Lemon, Beef Rossini with Truffle and Crispy Potatoes (+HK$280), or the café’s signature Club Sandwich with Smoked Paprika Fries. Desserts range from Raspberry Vanilla Butter Sable Tart and Earl Grey Bergamot to New York Cheesecake and Tiramisu Sphere.
Optional additions include Champagne and cocktails, sparkling tea and wine pairings (HK$280), with a premium pairing available for HK$480.
