London’s beloved Portuguese bakery Santa Nata has officially opened its first Asian outpost in Central, marking the brand’s 10th global location. Founded by Portuguese entrepreneur Francisco Oliveira, the bakery is best known for its authentic Pastéis de Nata, handmade and baked fresh throughout the day using a traditional recipe dating back more than 300 years.
Alongside its signature custard tarts, Santa Nata Hong Kong debuts two exclusive pastries: Pão de Deus, a Portuguese sweet bread inspired by Hong Kong’s coconut bun, and the Santa Nata Brioche, served with optional Nata cream. Fresh batches emerge from the oven five times daily, complemented by specialty drinks including the Nata Latte and Nata Milk Tea.
Setting the Hong Kong bakery apart is a rotating menu of limited-edition pastries and seasonal creations, with new items introduced every 30–60 days. Guests can also enjoy front-row views of the open kitchen, where every pastry is crafted by hand throughout the day.
