ROGANIC 2.0: HIGHLIGHTS
Roganic is introducing a new sharing set menu format that departs from the traditional tasting menu, allowing diners to select dishes from the sharing main course section and thereby personalize the length and style of their meal. This approach enhances the dining experience by promoting flexibility and catering to various budgets while upholding Roganic’s commitment to sourcing premium ingredients from organic farms within 160 km of Hong Kong. Under the expertise of Executive Chef Oli Marlow, Head Chef Adam Catterall, and Sous Chef Mark Catchpole, the menu will feature unique recipes and a focus on zero waste. The restaurant’s newly designed interior, crafted by Atelier E and featuring locally-sourced wood and upcycled materials, reflects the ethos of “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.” To ensure high-quality food and service, key members from Simon Rogan’s three MICHELIN-starred L’Enclume will oversee operations during the opening period, including Graeme Cumine as Restaurant Manager and Valentin Mouillard as the new Group Head Sommelier. Stay tuned for updates as Roganic Hong Kong prepares to open at its new location on the 4th floor of Lee Garden One, marking a new era in creative, sustainable gastronomy, under the guidance of celebrated British chef Simon Rogan.
