The Baker & The Bottleman, the neighbourhood bakery, café and restaurant, is heading across the harbour with a six-month pop-up at Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, opening on 10 November 2026. As the much-loved bakery transitions from its original Wan Chai home to a new permanent location in Causeway Bay, the temporary outpost will bring its signature bakes and pastries to Kowloon for the first time, alongside a collection of exclusive new creations, indulgent sweet treats and seasonal gifting options.
Having first opened at Lee Tung Avenue in January 2022, The Baker & The Bottleman has built a loyal following for its artisanal breads, freshly baked pastries and playful interpretations of bakery classics. The Harbour City pop-up marks a new opportunity for customers on Kowloon side to enjoy its familiar favourites, with a selection of new products developed especially for the six-month residency.
Located on Level 3 of Ocean Centre, the pop-up will operate daily from 10am to 10pm, offering everything from morning pastries and afternoon pick-me-ups to beautifully packaged treats for sharing and gifting.

A NEW CHAPTER FOR THE BAKER & THE BOTTLEMAN
The Harbour City opening comes as The Baker & The Bottleman prepares to relocate from its original two-storey premises at Lee Tung Avenue, Wan Chai, to a new permanent home on Leighton Road in Causeway Bay.
Since opening in 2022, the bakery has become a familiar neighbourhood favourite in Lee Tung Avenue, Wan Chai. Its original Wan Chai location combined a ground-floor bakery with an upstairs restaurant, serving artisanal breads and pastries alongside seasonal British cooking.
While preparations for the Causeway Bay location continue, the six-month Harbour City pop-up will allow customers to continue enjoying The Baker & The Bottleman’s much-loved creations, while introducing the bakery to a new audience in Kowloon.
