Each slice of The Cakery’s Swiss Rolls reveals a mouthwatering layered spiral of soft sponge and naturally flavoured mousse. Baked with reduced sugars, absolutely zero processed refined sugars, and premium organic ingredients, each Swiss Roll is priced at HK$268 per log. Matcha & Strawberry is a healthier nod to the classic Swiss Roll made with strawberry jam. The Cakery’s version infuses sugar-free white chocolate, fresh strawberry puree, matcha powder, and organic cane sugar for sweetness.

Tofu & Sesame features a jet-black sponge, coloured naturally with nutty black sesame powder and detoxifying charcoal powder, wrapped around an indulgent tofu mousse filling.
