    The Cakery introduces a new range of Chinese New Year themed cookies, chocolate, traditional puddings, and vegan afternoon tea set.     The Chinese New Year Cookie & Chocolate Gift Box (HK$598) is completely vegan, and features 12 pieces of 25g Short Date, created with red date from Xinjiang, and 18 pieces of 18g Milk Oolong Cookies made with vegan butter and Milk Oolong from Taiwan – the original and all-natural Jinxuan tea that draws on a longer oxidation period to enhance its inherent milky flavors. The set also includes 12 pieces of Ginger Cookies, featuring candied ginger and ginger puree, and 20 pieces of Sugar-Free Mendiant, or traditional French sugar-free dark chocolates with coconut flakes, goji berry, almond, and pistachio.

    The vegan Chinese New Year Afternoon Tea experience begins with savory bites of Vegan Abalone Tart, Vegetable Dumpling and Turnip Cake. Move on to the anticipated sweet baked goods including Red Sugar Sweet Rice Cake, Mini Cupcake, Mango Chia Pudding, Mandarin Citrus Tart, Goji Berry Red Date Scone, and Yuan Bao Chocolate.
