    The Cakery’s Summer Pastry & Desserts Collection 2021

     

    The Cakery’s tantalizing summer collection boasts vibrant summer colors – of yellow mangoes, green kiwis, and bright-red strawberries. New vegan pastry creations available at all The Cakery outlets includes three types of mille-feuille: Peachy Jasmine (HK$65/petit, HK$600/large), a jasmine tea-infused mille-feuille topped with Japanese white peach, Minty Mango (HK$65/petit, HK$600/large), a peppermint tea leaf-infused coconut cream mille-feuille topped with sweet mangoes, and Vanilla Fantasy (HK$65/petit, HK$580/large), with elegant white chocolate and vanilla bourbon. All mille-feuille collection are also available in 18x18cm, designed for celebrations and festive occasions with loved ones.

     

    The Cakery’s new vegan fruit tart collection includes the Fruit Festival (HK$65/petit, HK$480/large), a mixed-fruit tart with kiwi, peach, blueberries, and strawberries, and Strawberry Delight (HK$65/petit, HK$500/large), a classic sweet strawberry tart sprinkled over with pistachio crumbles. Both tarts are available in larger 18cm sizes, perfect for special occasions.

     

    Another exciting summer launch is the Tutti Frutti (HK$560), a dairy-free cotton cake topped with a beautiful arrangement of seasonal fruits and finished with a vegan white chocolate whip ganache.

     

    New Fruity Summer Sodas & Smoothies at The Cakery

    There’s truly no better way to quench your thirst on a hot summer’s day than with some fruity and health-conscious sodas and smoothies by The Cakery.

    The new selection of summer sodas include Palm Baby (HK$45), a delightfully refreshing mix of mint and lime; Mid-Summer Dream (HK$45), a romantic, floral, and fizzy concoction of rose and lychee; and Sunrise (HK$45), with its brilliant orange-yellow hue from passionfruit that is reminiscent of the rising sun.

     

    The new selection of dairy-free summer smoothies include Pink Flamingo (HK$65), an essential summer combination of banana and strawberry; Mango Go Go (HK$65), a sweet tropical shake with banana and mango; and Jungle Green (HK$65), the ultimate green smoothie with banana, avocado, and spinach.
