All Xmas Tree Cake flavours are each priced at HK$780 for 4-inches, or HK$1,380 for 6-inches.
Sure to steal the show is The Cakery’s second Christmas cake, the Black Forest Cake, prepared the traditional way with alcohol-soaked cherries between layers of chocolate sponge. Topped with a festive wreath and sugary snow dust, the Black Forest Cake is available in two flavours, “Day Dreamer” and “Coco Loco”, in either gluten-free or vegan options. Each cake is priced at HK$680 for 4-inches, or HK$1,280 for 6-inches.
No festive occasion is complete without colorful fondant-decorated cookies, and The Cakery has prepared a series of delicately embroidered organic sugar cookies that are sure to delight the little ones. The Xmas Cookie Set, which contains five fondant cookies decorated with snowman, gingerbread, Christmas tree, Santa Claus, and ribbon-wrapped giftboxes, is priced at HK$358 per box. The Cakery’s vegan Christmas Afternoon Tea, designed in a Christmas Advent Calender format is priced at HK$588 per guest and includes savoury snacks such as caramelized onion pesto and grilled pepper finger sandwiches and “candy cane” pastry stick in impossible meat sauce.
