This Easter, The Baker & The Bottleman unveils a collection of limited edition festive baked goods, available from 1st April onwards for pre-order only at HERE. Orders that are placed after 5pm will require an extra day for preparation, and in-bakery takeaway collection is available from 11-18 April.

With Easter holidays just around the corner, it’s time to fill your home with the warm scents of freshly baked goodies. The Baker & The Bottleman has prepared a collection of limited-edition baked treats, including Easter Hot Cross Buns (HK$490/15pcs) with rich, buttery brioche buns spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, and packed full of sweet rum raisins. Individual purchases of Easter Hot Cross Bun are also available at the store (HK$35 per pc).
The Easter Scotch Egg (HK$390/6pcs) is The Baker’s specialty soft-yolk Scotch egg, wrapped in a homemade meat patty and black pudding, and coated with crunchy golden breadcrumbs for a satisfying bite. Treat yourself to a whole Malt Custard Tart (HK$550), a 10-inch sweet pastry tart filled with caramel-based custard that has been flavoured with malt, or individual slices of Malt Custard Tart (HK$45 per slice) are also available at the store.
Other Easter specials available for pre-order include Scones Set (HK$200/4pcs), a quintessential British afternoon tea treat featuring four buttermilk scones accompanied by strawberry jam, clotted cream, and two teabags filled with premium loose-leaf tea leaves from Plantation by teakha; Homemade Granola (HK$150) made with wholegrain oats, maple syrup, almonds, and pumpkin seeds; and Cookie Dough (HK$98/4pcs), to bake your own set of Triple Valhrona Chocolate Chip Cookies fresh at home.
