Available in highly limited amounts of 10 freshly baked tarts per day, Almond and Apple Tart (HK$650 for 10 inches) is a classic autumnal treat, filled with caramelized apples and a rich almond cream. The tart is glazed with a homemade apricot jam and sprinkled with a touch of warm cinnamon. Pre-orders are available now for collection during the availability period of Wednesday 23rd until Sunday 27th November from 11am-7pm at The Baker & The Bottleman in Lee Tung Avenue, Wan Chai.
