    This week, Simon Rogan at home’s 3-course meal kit features three delectable courses including soda bread with whipped brown butter. The meal arrives with simple re-heating instruction cards and video (accessible via link or QR code) for the best possible Simon Rogan restaurant experience at home.     Elevate your Michelin-starred dinner at home with a luxurious taste of Daurenki® Royal Caviar (50g) (HK$950), Chef Simon Rogan’s own selection of caviar from the renowned Caviar House Petrossian. This is now exclusively available on the Simon Rogan at home online shop. The package includes caviar (50g), blinis (8pc), sour cream, Petrossian Freshness Kit (ice pack, isothermal pouch, Petrossian bag), and Petrossian mother of pearl caviar spoon.

     

    Another iconic Roganic dish you can now enjoy in the comforts of your home is Truffle Pudding (4pc) (HK$150). A take on the traditional English bread and butter pudding, the Truffle Pudding features layers and layers of flaky croissant infused with truffle custard, topped with homemade black garlic emulsion.

     

    Other choices of supplemental add-ons include Chocolate Chip Cookies (6pc at HK$100), Smoked Pike Roe (125g at HK$550) with homemade blinis (8pc), sour cream, and a freshness kit, and more of the delicious signature Soda Bread (HK$20).

     

    New add-on drinks have been thoughtfully chosen to pair beautifully with your 3-course meal. The non-alcoholic R.C.T (HK$60) is a house-brewed tea made from the husks of organic sweetcorn, balanced with the acidity from apple and sweetness of red dates, and Kombucha (HK$150/300ml, HK$250/500ml) features jasmine and a medley of English summer fruits. Alcoholic beverages include a bottle of Simon Rogan with Exton Park Rose NV (HK$680) from award-winning Exton Park vineyard in the heart of the famous South Downs National Park, Anvil (HK$70) beer designed by Simon Rogan and brewed by Unsworth’s Yard Brewery in Cartmel, and a new smoky bottled cocktail addition, R.A.S.K (HK$160/350ml) with summer fruits kombucha and scotch smoked with star anise.
