All the delicate pieces are brought together by whipped white chocolate ganache, and a decadent topping of the finest caviar. The new Royal Caviar Club Chocolate – La Clef de Coeur includes a refined selection of Orangettes (HK$150) with a choice of either dark or milk chocolate with hand-peeled orange, 9 pcs Chocolate Cocktail (HK$270) with flavours Hemisphere and Tutti Fruitti, and 16 pcs coated ganache Chocolate Bonbon (HK$420) with flavours inspired from Paris, London and Moscow from Chef Gael’s travels and inspiration.
