This September and early October, The Forks & Spoons brings an unmissable lineup of restaurant collaborations to Bangkok, featuring One MICHELIN-starred Louise and its sister concept, La Terrace by Louise, One MICHELIN-starred and MICHELIN Green-starred Roganic, One MICHELIN-starred, One DIAMOND recognised and #41 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025’s Andō and MICHELIN recommended and Tatler Best 2025’s Top 20 Restaurants of Hong Kong’s Leela, in partnership with The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok, Thailand’s celebrated Nusara and JHOL. Over the course of 14 days, guests of Thailand will experience six-hands dinners, vibrant brunches, a cross-cultural tasting menu that unite some of Asia’s most acclaimed chefs and an all-Indian feast.
