• Redefining Tokyo yakitori tradition in the heart of The LANDMARK, Central

Torikaze, the international brand of Chef Yoshiteru Ikegawa’s Torishiki ICHIMON, brings the spirit of Tokyo yakitori to Hong Kong this October. Revered as a master of yakitori, Ikegawa is known for his near-impossible-to-book Tokyo restaurant, where each skewer is grilled with devotion over binchotan charcoal for a rare sensory experience. Since opening Torishiki in 2007 (awarded one MICHELIN Star in 2011), the Torishiki ICHIMON group has grown to 13 restaurants, including Torien in New York—the only yakitori restaurant outside Japan with a MICHELIN Star—plus Torisaki in Kyoto and Toriyaki Ohana, a MICHELIN-recommended address.
