Torikaze, the international brand of Chef Yoshiteru Ikegawa’s Torishiki ICHIMON, brings the spirit of Tokyo yakitori to Hong Kong this October. Revered as a master of yakitori, Ikegawa is known for his near-impossible-to-book Tokyo restaurant, where each skewer is grilled with devotion over binchotan charcoal for a rare sensory experience.
