Penicillin introduces a new Sunday Brunch with free-flow drinks

PENICILLIN’s new Sunday Brunch menu features three options of delectable main course dishes, with the option to add on 2 hours of free-flow bubbles and mimosas. For a set of 1 main course and 2 hours of free-flow, brunch is priced at HK$298 per guest (without service charge). Every additional hour of free-flow is priced at an extra HK$148.

Current brunch items on offer include Penicillin’s All-Day Breakfast featuring a sumptuous platter of grilled bacon, tomato, Portobello mushroom with cheese, smoked salmon, spinach, hash brown, brown buttered toast, baked beans, and creamy scrambled eggs; Slow-Cooked Duck Leg Confit Waffle with corn and smoked chorizo; and Local Pork & Apricot Burger served with crispy onion rings and tomato jam.
