    Aulis Phuket, Simon Rogan’s One MICHELIN Starred 15-seat chef’s table located in Phang Nga, Thailand, is excited to announce its upcoming “Friends of Aulis Phuket” collaboration series starting from May.     One MICHELIN-starred and MICHELIN Green-starred HAŌMA, led by Chef Deepanker Khosla, is a Bangkok-based Neo-Indian fine dining establishment with explosive flavours and a socially and environmentally responsible heart. HAŌMA is the result of a deep exploration of Chef Khosla’s roots and a journey that takes guests from East to West, from the land to the sea and through every corner of the immense Indian territory, however, all done with Thai produce, most of which they grow themselves. The restaurant has been awarded the Sustainable Restaurant Award by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants List and earned its first MICHELIN star in late 2022.
