On 12-13 February, Roganic Hong Kong will welcome visiting chef Ray Adriansyah of Bali’s Locavore, currently #42 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019 to showcase a special collaboration menu for 2 nights only. The winner of Indonesia’s Best Restaurant Award and the Sustainable Restaurant Award by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019, Locavore is the undisputed pioneer of Indonesia’s progressive food movement. Led by classically-trained chefs and co-founders Ray Adriansyah and Eelke Plasjmeijer, Locavore combines their passion for cooking with sustainably sourced local ingredients.
Roganic, which recently received its first Michelin star under the helm of Executive Chef Oliver Marlow and Head Chef Ashley Salmon, champions an ingredients-driven tasting menu with a modern European twist. Chef-proprietor and owner Simon Rogan’s famous sustainable sourcing and zero waste ethos is implemented here in Hong Kong, using homegrown and locally foraged ingredients where possible.
