Hancham Korean Meathouse has officially opened its first outlet outside Tsim Sha Tsui in BaseHall 02 as of November 5. Known for its commitment to high-quality ingredients and homemade sauces, Hancham, which translates to “the true taste of Korea,” offers a rustic and classic approach to Korean cuisine. Signature menu items include traditional favourites such as Kimchi Jjigae (HK$88), Ginseng Chicken Soup (HK$198), and Galbi Tang (HK$138), alongside must-try dishes like Original Crispy Fried Chicken (HK$158) and Bulgogi Kimbap (HK$78). A special addition to their menu, the Hancham Bibimbap (from HK$98), allows diners to customize their Dolsot (stone pot) with house-made meats or crispy tofu, sautéed vegetables, and a choice of rice, all enhanced with a distinctive soy and lemon sauce, making it an exclusive offering at BaseHall 02.

Starting November 11, guests can enjoy the acclaimed MICHELIN Bib-Gourmand Winner (2021-2024), Yuan is Here, located in Central at BaseHall 02. Renowned for its authentic Taiwanese street food, Yuan is Here is dedicated to preserving traditional Taiwanese food culture by importing select ingredients directly from Taiwan, offering a genuine taste of the vibrant night markets. Signature dishes include Braised Pork Rice (HK$68), Taiwan Mini Sausage (HK$40), and Pork Knuckle Rice (HK$68), along with crispy Deep-Fried Sweet Potato Balls (HK$53), Black Sugar Traditional Mochi (HK$30), and basil-infused Taiwanese Crepes (HK$55) with various fillings.
