UPSTAIRS AT LOUISE – SUMMER MENU

Louise’s upstairs dining room debuts six vibrant summer dishes, highlighting the creative finesse of Executive Chef Loïc Portalier.

    • Pineapple Tomato (HK$318) – Silky tomato water meets sweet yellow peach and a tangy shoyu-basil dressing.

    • Morisseau Mussels – Available exclusively on the tasting menus, these mussels are bathed in seaweed butter, bright Amalfi lemon, and a kick of nduja.

    • Grilled Foie Gras (HK$408) – Paired with crisp kabu turnip, crunchy peanut “gomashio,” and a zesty green chili–kaffir lime dressing.

    • Girolles Mushroom Agnolotti (HK$408) – Earthy mushrooms wrapped in delicate pasta, enriched with sage brown butter and Roussillon apricots.

    Desserts bring a seasonal flourish:

    • Ananas Rôti (HK$198) – Slow-roasted pineapple with house-made tepache sorbet, marigold petals, and green-cardamom crémeux.

    • Niigata Riz Au Lait (HK$198) – Creamy Koshihikari rice pudding with Madagascar vanilla ice cream, salted caramel, and airy milk foam.

These creations are available à la carte or as part of two tasting experiences:
