    LIMITED-TIME SEASONAL DINNER MENUS

    Kaen Teppanyaki is proud to introduce new seasonal and limited-time dinner menus. The “Matsu” Seafood Teppanyaki Menu (HK$1,280+10% per guest), offers a tantalising 7-course seafood experience with dishes such as chawanmushi with aonori seaweed sauce, tiger prawn with garlic brown butter sauce, surf clam with anchovy sauce, grilled seasonal fish, and more. Guests also have the option to choose between garlic rice or Josper-grilled eel clay pot rice for an additional +HK$380 and can complete their culinary journey with the Mont Blanc dessert.

    For those seeking the ultimate Wagyu beef experience, the “Ta-Ke” Premium Wagyu Teppan Course (HK$1,280+10%) offers an equally delectable 7-course menu, with highlights such as ox tongue yakishabu with daikon radish sauce, surf clam with anchovy sauce, grilled vegetables, and more. For their main courses, guests have the choice of Kumamoto Akaushi, Kumamoto Wao, or the exclusive Ozaki Beef for an additional +HK$350. The option of garlic rice or Josper-grilled eel clay pot rice for +HK$380 adds an extra touch of indulgence, and the Mont Blanc dessert provides a perfect finish to this premium culinary journey.

    In celebration of the Spring Season, Kaen Teppanyaki also presents the new

    March Seasonal Menu (HK$1,880 + 10% per guest). This exclusive menu features a 7-course menu, including snow crab meat with yuzu chawanmushi, scallop millefeuille with caviar, foie gras dorayaki, sea-urchin mousse, teppan-steamed lobster with Aonori seaweed butter sauce and lobster consommé foam and more. For main course, guests can also enjoy a choice of the much prized Ozaki Beef, Kumamoto Beef or seasonal Japanese fish, followed by the binchotan flavoured fire-fly squid claypot and the delightful Matcha Mont Blanc for a sweet ending.

    NEW EXECUTIVE LUNCH SETS

    Amidst the bustling days of urban life, Kaen Teppanyaki introduces a selection of new lunch experiences, crafted to indulge discerning palates in a swift yet sumptuous midday reprieve. Available at both the Teppan counter, lounge area or inside the three private rooms, newly launched lunch sets include Negitoro Ju (HK$480) with negitoro, rice, ikura, nori, takuan and shiso leaf, and Wagyu Donburi (HK$480) featuring sliced wagyu, onion, egg and gyudon sauce, and Josper Grilled Claypot Rice (HK$550) with Japanese eel, Tsuyahime rice, kabakyaki sauce and sansho powder, specially designed for two people to share. Other new lunch sets on offer include Grilled Seasonal Fish, Dashi Soup (HK$600) with seasonal fish, dashi soup, myoga, mitsuba, and yuzu, and Josper Grilled Wagyu Steak Ju (HK$680) with sliced Kumamoto Wao steak with Tsuyahime rice, steak sauce and nikumiso. All lunch sets are inclusive of a house salad, two kinds of seasonal sashimi, miso soup, garlic rice, pickles, and the choice of either the dessert of the day or Japanese siphon coffee.

    Kaen Teppanyaki also introduces two new teppanyaki lunch courses. The Teppanyaki Course (HK$780+10%) offers a delightful combination of fresh salad, two kinds of sashimi, grilled Hokkaido scallops with soy sauce butter, and Josper-grilled vegetables. As the main highlight, patrons have the option to choose from Spiny Lobster Teppanyaki with Americaine, Kumamoto Akaushi, Kumamoto Wao, or Josper-Grilled Ozaki Beef for a supplemental cost of +HK$350. Complement with a bowl of garlic rice, and the choice of either the dessert of the day or Japanese siphon coffee to conclude.

    The Special Teppanyaki Course (HK$1,180+10%) offers the same menu as the Teppanyaki Course, but with seasonal fish in ichiban dashi instead of Hokkaido scallops, and an additional course of spiny lobster teppanyaki with Americaine. Exclusively for those dining on the Special Teppanyaki Course, guests may also choose to add on a Josper-grilled Eel Claypot Rice for an additional HK$380, which serves a minimum of two people.
