• New dishes arrive in Louise’s upstairs Main Dining Room, alongside a new sharing-style Weekend Brunch Set or A la Carte Specials

Louise introduces a new collection of seasonal dishes in its upstairs Main Dining Room, bringing together French culinary traditions with ingredients and influences from Hong Kong, Japan and beyond. Highlights include Horse Mackerel (HK$328) with avocado, green apple and pomelo dressing; Caramelised Onion Tart (HK$288) with Comté and Vin Jaune sabayon; Norwegian Langoustine “Dumpling” (HK$488) with sorrel sauce; and Confit Atlantic Cod (HK$588) with sweet peas and brown butter sabayon. Larger plates include locally sourced Hong Kong Three Yellow Chicken, Grilled Cantal Capelin Pork (HK$1,088) and a playful “Mapo” Ris de Veau & Foie Gras, inspired by the flavours of mapo tofu. The new dishes can be enjoyed à la carte or through a five-course Tasting Menu (HK$1,488 + 10%) and seven-course Prestige Menu (HK$1,888 + 10%).

Louise also unveils a new Weekend Brunch (HK$688 + 10% per guest), designed around sharing plates and individual choices. The experience begins with oysters, foie gras terrine and yellowfin tuna for the table, followed by a choice of warm starters including Japanese Oita Egg with Comté sabayon and black truffle, or Homemade Cavatelli with Gambero Rosso tartare and lobster bisque. Main courses range from the signature ½ Roasted Yellow Chicken to Grilled Short Rib and Scottish Wild Salmon, before a sharing dessert trio of Île Flottante, Amalfi Lemon Givré and Warm Chocolate Tart Soufflé. An à la carte brunch menu is also available, alongside wines, cocktails and two-hour free-flow options.
