Introducing a NEW Free-Flow Weekend Brunch at Musubi Hiro
Priced at HK$388 per guest with an additional HK$198 per guest for free-flow booze, a brand-new weekend brunch feast at Musubi Hiro awaits hungry monsters.
Weekend Brunch begins with a series of mouthwatering starter snacks (all-inclusive) inspired by izakaya menus, including Suck’Em Dry Edamame, Salmon Tiradito, Oyster Chalaca, Queen Avocado, Chicken Wings & Shishito and Nikkei Empanada.
Feast on newly created brunch-exclusive Musubis including the Classic Tamago Musubi, Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Musubi and Kimchi Chicken Musubi. Save room for dessert, because Musubi Hiro serves up a mean treat of Booze Em Up Dessert and soft and sweet Daifuku. All of the above brunch dishes are available in unlimited servings, meaning seconds and thirds (and even fourths!) are a possibility.
Those opting for the free-flow drinks package will enjoy an unlimited selection of House Sake, Asahi Super Dry, Brooklyn IPA, Hiro White Wine, Hiro Red Wine, Hiro Replica (the Hiro Espresso Martini), Wasake Prank (Hiro’s spiked Wasake Sour), fresh and crisp Sake Mojito and Numb Ya Mouth (the Hiro Old-Fashoned).
Musubi Hiro’s new brunch is served every weekend and public holidays only from 12pm – 3pm.
NEW Guest Chef Takeover Series at Musubi Hiro
Starting this October 2021 and for every month onwards, Musubi Hiro will host a new guest chef from various restaurants in Hong Kong to present a limited edition musubi and snack. Followed by the success of Chef Agustin Balb from Ando, Japanese chef Satoru Mukogawa of Sushi Kuu will be the next one up. On the day (2nd Nov), Satoru-san will present a special Shrimp Tempura Musubi with bonito powder and soy sauce, along with a snack of Sweet Potato Chips with shichimi seasoning.
On Monday & Tuesday, 6th & 7th December, Spanish chef Alex Fargas of beloved neighborhood tapaseria La Paloma will bring classic Spanish-inspired creations to Musubi Hiro. Chef Alex’s limited-time dishes will include Crispy Squid & Paella Musubi and a snack of Iberico Ham Croquettes.
Musubi Hiro’s Guest Chef Series from January 2022 Onwards
Future guest shifts in 2022 will include Chef Nathan Green of modern European steakhouse REX Wine & Grill on 4th & 11th January (Tuesdays), Chef Vincent Ladislao of trendy Japanese izakaya Sake Central on 8th& 9th February (Tuesday & Wednesday), Chef Joe Chan of Okinawan gastropub Awa Awa on 9th & 10thMarch (Wednesday & Thursday), and Caleb & Josh Ng (@Twins_Kitchen) of re-imagined Japanese sando bar, CUT, on 8th & 9th April (Friday & Saturday).
