• Leela Hong Kong and Singapore’s one MICHELIN-starred Labyrinth join forces to present “Masala meets Merlion” across two cities on 2nd – 3rdSeptember

    This September, Leela Hong Kong will host Singapore’s one-MICHELIN-starred Labyrinth for the first collaboration between Chef Manav Tuli and Chef Han Li Guang. Titled “When Masala Meets Merlion,” the four-day collaboration explores the shared heritage and flavours of India and Singapore through a fully collaborative tasting menu, available in Hong Kong on 2 to 3 September before travelling to Singapore.

    Priced at HK$1,288 +10% per guest, the menu reimagines iconic dishes from both cultures with highlights including White Pepper & Fennel Lamb Belly Bak Kut Teh, Kopi-O Glazed Tandoori Pork Ribs, Chicken Tikka Satay with Spiced Kerisik-Peanut Chutney, Singapore Chilli Crab Curry with Bombay Pav, and Tandoori Three Yellow Chicken Donabe Basmati Biryani. Dessert brings the journey full circle with Gula Melaka Kulfi Falooda Ice Kachang and Masala Chai with Kaya Toast, celebrating the vibrant culinary traditions that unite two of Asia’s most dynamic food cultures.
