• Leela by Chef Manav Tuli welcomes Singapore’s One MICHELIN-starred Restaurant Labyrinth by Chef LG Han for a special “MASALA MEETS MERLION” collaboration event

On 2 and 3 September, Leela Hong Kong welcomes Singapore’s one-MICHELIN-starred Labyrinth, ranked #40 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026, for the first collaboration between Chef Manav Tuli and Chef Han Li Guang.

Titled Masala Meets Merlion, the four-hands experience brings together Indian and Singaporean culinary traditions through an entirely collaborative tasting menu. Singapore’s hawker flavours meet India’s rich spice heritage in dishes including White Pepper & Fennel Lamb Belly & Rib Bak Kut Teh, Kopi-O Glazed Tandoori Pork Ribs, Chicken Tikka Satay with Spiced Kerisik-Peanut Chutney, and Singapore Chilli Crab Curry with Fluffy Bombay Pav.

The menu concludes with Gula Melaka Kulfi Falooda Ice Kachang and Masala Chai with Kaya Toast and Butter, bringing together familiar sweet flavours and everyday rituals from both cultures.
