Highlights include “Rossino” with Ratafia Rossi La Rossa and Three Cents Cherry Soda, “Mamma Mia It’s Sangria” with Ratafia Rossi La Rossa, fresh fruits, fernet hunter, and prosecco, and a classic “Negroni Leggero” with Ratafia Rossi La Rossa, gin, Campari, Select, Nardini Rabarbaro, and more.
Ratafia Rossi, founded by celebrated mixologist Simone Rossi (formerly of Darkside, Rosewood Hong Kong), seamlessly blends Italian tradition with Hong Kong’s vibrancy through its line of Aperitif Cherry Wine. Inspired by Italian futurism, Rossi’s journey from Grosseto to Hong Kong fueled by his impressive background as Director of Bars at Rosewood Hong Kong reflects in the brand’s fusion of tradition and modernity. Established in 2023, Ratafia Rossi seeks to revitalize forgotten Italian beverages, with Rossi extending his creativity through the 2024 launch of RossiBar Ltd, a consultancy championing hospitality and innovation across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
