Following their Hong Kong collaboration earlier this month, La Terrace by Louise Executive Chef Loïc Portalier heads to Bangkok on 22 and 23 September 2026 to reunite with MARGO Executive Chef and Co-Founder Wilfrid Hocquet, completing the second chapter of their two-city culinary exchange.
Recipient of the MICHELIN Guide Opening of the Year Award 2026, MARGO is Chef Hocquet’s relaxed modern French bistro, shaped by a career spanning acclaimed kitchens including Le Jardin des Sens, Louis XV – Alain Ducasse, Daniel and Blue by Alain Ducasse.
For the Bangkok collaboration, the two chefs will present a special à la carte menu bringing together their shared French culinary foundations with seasonal ingredients, classic technique and the relaxed spirit of contemporary bistro cooking.
