• La Rambla by Catalunya introduces a new Tanqueray Gin & Tonic cocktail menu

    La Rambla by Catalunya celebrates the glorious spring weather by launching a new Tanqueray Gin & Tonic cocktail menu at its 4,200 sq. ft. al fresco terrace. Available from now until end of summer, the refreshing Gin & Tonic cocktails are best paired with Executive Chef Ferran Tadeo’s menu of light terrace snacks and happy hour tapas. Situated against sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong’s iconic cityscape, La Rambla by Catalunya’s Instagram-worthy terrace is the hottest social destination for all-day cocktails and light bites within a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere.

     

    Introducing the New Tanqueray Gin & Tonic Cart

    The new Gin & Tonic cocktails are served with Tanqueray gins, high quality tonics, colorful garnishes, and various other cocktail accompaniments. Choose from a menu of five exquisite Gin & Tonic varieties, which includes the Classic G&T (HK$80) with Tanqueray, lemon, lime, and tonic, Ten Temptations (HK$80) with Tanqueray Ten, orange, lime, and Tanqueray bitters, Rangpur Passion with Tanqueray Rangpur, Passion Fruit, citrus, and tonic, and Malecconade (HK$80) mixed with Tanqueray Malacca, fresh mint, and lemonade. The final option is a delectable combination of Gin & Tapas (HK$110), including a classic Gin & Tonic cocktail paired with La Rambla by Catalunya’s crowd-favorite jamon croquetas.

     

    Spanish tapas & nibbles On The Terrace

    La Rambla by Catalunya also offers a “light bites” terrace Happy Hour menu for your late afternoon fix from 3pm-8pm. Tuck in to a mouth-watering array of classic tapas such as Pan de Cristal Con Tomato (HK$75) and Truffle Bikini (HK$110) with jamon and tetilla cheese, or terrace-exclusive specials like Artisanal Cheese Board (HK$200) with a selection of five European cheeses, and Arturo Sanchez 100% Jamon De Bellota (HK$360) with 48-month cured acorn-fed and free-range Jamon Iberico. Cold tapas on offer include Chef Ferran’s signature Steak Tartare Roll (H$180) with heritage beef tartare and toasted brioche, and Avocado Lobster (HK$210) with sliced avocado, lobster salad, salmon roe, and ponzu. Hearty and comforting hot tapas include Broken Egg & Basque Chistorra (HK$120) with sauteed chorizo, slow-cooked egg, and fried potatoes, as well as Pulpo Gallego (HK$200) with Galician octopus, migas, cured egg yolk, papada Joselito, and celeriac cream.
