Exclusive Sakura Inspired Pastries at Kiyoka
Located on the third floor of The Landmark, Kiyoka has made waves for its elegantly crafted confections rooted in classical French patisserie, whilst paying homage to its Japanese origins in both style and aesthetic. From now until 29th April, Kiyoka brings Japan’s most iconic symbol of nature, the sakura, to Hong Kong.
New desserts inspired by Japan’s most stunning spring spectacle include the Sakura Macaron (HK$200 per box of 8 pieces), featuring delicate and romantically colored meringue shells and a raspberry filling mixed with chopped sakura leaves, combining the fruity and floral aromas of spring. Sakura Roll Cake (HK$430) allows guests to travel to Japan through their taste buds, made from edible Japanese sakura powder of superior quality that is mixed into dough and gently baked to perfection. Each fluffy roll is filled with fresh Japanese strawberries and sakura cream, and is garnished with salted sakura flower.
For the combined Sakura Set (HK$590), inclusive of both a Sakura Roll Cake and a box of Sakura Macaron, be sure to pre-order at least three days in advance.
