    Curated by Chef Palash Mitra and his team, the brunch reimagines the grand banquets of nawabs and maharajas through time-honoured recipes presented with modern finesse. Priced at HK$598 + 10% per guest, the experience begins with a royal welcome drink before moving into a generous spread of sharing plates, vibrant regional curries, fragrant rice and freshly baked breads.

    Highlights include Sheermal Kakori lamb kebabs, Coastal Egg Curry, Bengali-style Macher Jhaal, and the show-stopping Murgh Mussallam (+HK$228 supplement), designed for communal indulgence. Desserts such as Gulab Jamun, Milk Chocolate Cheesecake, and Besan Halwa soft serve complete the feast.
