• Holt’s Café at Rosewood introduces a new Cantonese x Western Sunday Brunch

    Holt’s Café, the ultimate destination for upscale local and international dining on 2/F of Rosewood Hong Kong, has unveiled a new Sunday Brunch menu that features a variety of food selections inspired by world cuisines and exceptional regional ingredients.

     

    The menu begins with a refreshing Seafood Platter, featuring one serving each of jet-fresh oyster, king crab, and king prawn, served with lemon mignonette and cocktail sauce. A half-lobster may be added for an additional HK$100. Indulge freely on the next course of unlimited small plates, which include all-you-can-eat local and western favourites such as Steak Tartare with anchovy and parmesan, and Crispy Prawn Wonton with sweet & sour sauce.

     

    Guests can choose one main course from a selection of delectable signature dishes such as Premium Char Siu Rice with premium BBQ pork, organic Japanese fried egg, Japanese rice, and aged soy sauce; Casarecce Pasta with forest mushroom, black truffle, and Steak Frites (9oz) USDA Rib Eye with Bearnaise for an additional HK$100.

     

    For dessert, choose one from an array of delectable sweets such as the traditional Cantonese Red Bean Soup with sesame glutinous rice dumpling, and Holger Deh Or Noir 71.5% Chocolate Tartelette, a special creation by the hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef.
