Helmed by Chef Steve Lee, iSang presents a distinctive culinary perspective that fuses Korean roots with Thai seasonal produce, working closely with local ingredients such as Chiang Rai rice and regional seafood. The collaboration brings together two expressive kitchens for a high-energy dining experience.
