The 4th of July menu begins with seasonal starters to share, including Fine de Claire Oysters with chipotle mignonette, Jumbo Lump Crab Rolls with Cocktail Sauce, Cold Smoked Steak Tartare with egg yolk puree and toast, and Asparagus with smoked romesco and watercress, This is followed by an all-American meat feast of house BBQ, including HENRY’s signature Brandt USDA Prime Seven Pepper Beef Brisket with espresso BBQ sauce, Smoked Baby Back Pork Ribs with  Louisiana Hot Sauce, Butcher’s Shop Andouille Sausage made in-house, and BBQ Chicken from Brink’s Farm. For those craving for more and other steak cuts, add-on options include 44 Farms Tenderloin (HK$338/250g), Snake River Farm Tenderloin (HK$698/250g) and 44 Farms Ribeye (HK$568/500g). All are designed and set for sharing purposes.

No American BBQ feast is complete without sides, and HENRY offers a delectable range of traditional sides to share, including Mac & Cheese with Bacon Bits, Charred Corn with harissa and Parmesan, BBQ Beans with smoked bacon, Grilled Potato Salad with lemon vinaigrette and Green Salad with spinach, mixed herbs, and smoked tomato.
