Shanghai Plus will host a rare four-chef collaboration from 25–27 June, bringing together culinary talents from Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai to celebrate Huaiyang, Cantonese, Chiu Chow and Sichuan cuisines. Joining Executive Chef Poon Chun Chiu are Chef Cheung Yat Fung of Beijing’s three-MICHELIN-starred Chao Shang Chao, Chef He Zhujun of Shanghai’s MICHELIN-starred The Blooms of Yue, and Chef Tsang Chiu King of Ming Court Wan Chai.
The nine-course menu showcases signature dishes from each chef, highlighting regional Chinese culinary traditions through a collaborative tasting experience. HK$2,388 + 10% per guest, with a special rate of HK$1,880 + 10% for Brilliant by Langham members.
