    New A La Carte Menu and New Set Menu Experience at The Dining Room

    A discovery of Chef Giovanni’s skills honed at esteemed MICHELIN-starred kitchens across the world, new additions to The Dining Room’s a la carte menu includes a new seasonal starter of La Tartelletta (HK$258), a savoury ‘Delicia’ Italian pumpkin tart with pumpkin seed, pumpkin oil, Andria Burrata cheese “la favorita”, chives, ginger, and topped with Kaluga caviar.

    The latest pasta dish not to miss is the Agnolotti alla “Genovese” (HK$280), where the Naples staple condiment of Genovese Ragù is reinterpreted in an innovative way with organic spring chicken, Provolone del Monaco cheese, and ‘Montoro onion’ sauce. Three new hearty main courses include Cernia e “Caciucco” (HK$508), a wild-caught Coral Grouper with a tomato bruschetta crust, served with caciucco sauce, parsley basil cress, fennel fondant, and sauce made with fish bones and Lobster; Branzino e Cardoncelli (HK$488), Atlantic sea bass with Cardoncelli mushrooms, Vermentino sauce, baby spinach and Mediterranean cuttlefish; and Vitello in Crosta ‘Tonnato’ (HK$558), a Piedmont milk-fed veal served with warm Tuna sauce, mashed potatoes, Apulian Turnip and roasted veal jus.

    For dessert, indulge in an enchanting array of The Dining Room’s latest seasonal comforts, including Mela “Annurca” e Caramello Salato (HK$128), an “Annurca” apple compote, cinnamon custard, layer of phyllo pastry, salted caramel sauce, and vanilla ice cream, revered for their white compact and crisp flesh.

    Two new additional set menus are also available upon request featuring the season’s finest dishes by Chef Giovanni, “L’Assaggio”, a 5-course menu priced at HK$988 + 10% per guest with the option of adding a 2-glass sommelier wine pairing for HK$380 plus an extra glass for HK$160, or “La Degustazione”, a 7-course menu priced at HK$1,288 + 10% per guest with the option of adding a 2-glass sommelier wine pairing for HK$380, plus an extra glass for HK$160.

    The Dining Room is equipped with two exclusive private dining rooms seating up to ten and twelve patrons respectively, as well as an extensive wine cellar that showcases the viticultural diversity of Italy’s varietals and appellations for the perfect wine pairing experience.
