CRISTAL ROOM BY ANNE-SOPHIE PIC
Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic, a fusion of elegance, French gastronomy, and crystal luxury, is set to offer a 6 and 8-course Valentine’s Day celebration menu, promising an exquisite culinary journey crafted by the world’s most MICHELIN-starred female chef, Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, and her head chef, Marc Mantovani.

The Merchants, the distinguished MICHELIN recommended Shanghainese restaurant led by Executive Chef Chen Tian Long, invites guests to savour the essence of the Chinese New Year with an exclusive menu of chef’s specials available from 7th February to 24th February. Highlights include Braised Sea Cucumber with Dried Shrimp Roe and Scallion (HK$628 per person), Sichuan Hot and Spicy Pork Tongue (HK$128), Drunken Pork Knuckle (HK$148), Stir-Fried Rice Cakes with Winter Bamboo Shoots and Rosette Bok Choy (HK$198), and a delightful Asian Pear Tea with Malva Nut (HK$78), among others. These special dishes offer a taste of tradition and luxury, allowing guests to revel in the festive spirit of the Chinese New Year.
To mark the second official day of the Year of the Dragon on 11th February, The Merchants will also be offering a special Lunar New Year fireworks dinner menu priced at HK$1,388+10% per guest. This exclusive menu is designed to complement the magnificent fireworks display that is set to light up Hong Kong’s skyline. Dishes to look forward to include Traditional Deep-Fried Pomfret in Sweet Soy Sauce, Stir-fried Australian Lobster with Mild Spicy Sauce, and The Merchants’ signature Fried Rice Abalone, Sea Cucumber, Bottarga and Shrimps.
Furthermore, diners can indulge in a highly limited quantity of traditional Chinese New Year puddings, including the Abalone Turnip Cake (HK$398 original | HK$348 early bird), Rice Cake with Wolfberry (HK$328 original | HK$288 early bird), and Water Chestnut Cake (HK$328 original | HK$288 early bird).
To mark the romantic occasion of Valentine’s Day, The Merchants is offering a special menu at HK$2,888+10% for two persons, promising a memorable dining experience for couples. The menu highlights dishes such as Wok-fried River Shrimps with Snap Peas, Braised Fish Maw in Abalone Sauce, Shanghainese Diced Beef in Black Pepper Sauce, and Bird’s Nest with Rock Sugar, among other enticing delicacies.
KAEN TEPPANYAKI
Kaen Teppanyaki, the celebrated Japanese steakhouse led by Head Chef Yoshiyuki Sato, presents an opulent 7-course Chinese New Year Menu priced at HK$2,480 per person. This exclusive dining experience features an array of culinary delights, including the Scallop Mille Feuille with Caviar, Teppan Steamed King Crab with Morel Mushroom Sauce, Grilled Ozaki Beef, and Josper Grilled Golden Eye Snapper Clay Pot Rice.
