    Asaya Kitchen | Easter Lunch, Dinner and Kids’ Menus

    Asaya Kitchen led by Chef Fabio Nompleggio will serve up a feast of Mediterranean-Pescatarian culinary delights this Easter for lunch and dinner, including a special menu for kids. Asaya Kitchen’s Easter Lunch Menu (HK$888+10% per personand Easter Dinner Menu (HK$1,288+10% per person), features exclusive dishes such as Green Asparagus Royal with crispy Japanese yolk and smoked tofu emulsion, Black Kale Tagliolini with cured red mullet and Santa Pau bean, and Rice Easter Cake with lychee, strawberry, and rhubarb.

    A special menu for the little ones, priced at HK$488+10% per child, includes a mini 4-course tasting menu of Caprese Salad with buffalo mozzarella and heirloom tomato, Black Truffle Fettuccine with Parmesan cheese, Spanish Sea Bass with potato emulsion and asparagus, and Pistachio Chantilly with strawberry compote, star anise crumble and candied orange.

    Holt’s Café | Easter Brunch Menu
    Holt’s Café, the ultimate destination for upscale local and international dining on level two of Rosewood Hong Kong, has unveiled a limited-time Easter Brunch Menu starting from HK$780+10% per person. An optional two-hour beverage package may be added on, priced at HK$118 for free-flow of mocktails, soft drinks and juices, and HK$268 for free-flow of Prosecco, house white and red wines, and cocktails.

    The menu begins with Holt’s Café’s signature seafood platter to share, followed by plates of Savoury Cross Buns with bacon and cheddar, King Crab Brioche Toast with salmon roe and sea urchin and Devilled Egg with black truffle, among others. Guests may choose one main course, from choices such as Lamb Shank Cassoulet with bacon lardon, white bean and rosemary, Steamed Grouper Rice with lotus leaves, garlic, and scallion, and Chicken Supreme with roast potato, morel mushrooms and peas. For dessert, indulge in a sweet ending of either Easter Hazelnut & Chocolate Noir Cake or Vanilla Millefeuille.


    Bayfare Social | Easter Specials on 3-10 April only
    Lively Spanish tapas-inspired gastro market Bayfare Social by Chef Jorge Vera Gutierrez debuts Easter specials on its à la carte selection including Croquetas de Bacalao (HK$125) cod fish croquettes with roasted peppers and aioli, Judias Verdes Con Crema de Guisantes (HK$145) sautéed French beans with potato foam and peas purée, Hot Dog de Calamares (HK$170) fried squid hot dog with homemade brioche and aioli sauce, Crudo de Pez Limon (HK$218) cured Hamachi with Macarona almond and smoked olive oil, and Arroz Meloso de Almeijas (HK$400), a creamy clam rice dish with squid and parsley oil.

    The Dining Room | Easter Lunch and Dinner Menus 

    At The Dining Room, native Italian Chef de Cuisine Giovanni Galeota unleashes his creativity upon sustainably sourced seasonal ingredients, bringing a fresh new take on elevated Italian gastronomy. This Easter, The Dining Room will serve a special 6-course Easter Lunch Set Menu (HK$1,480+10% per person) and a 7-course Easter Dinner Set Menu (HK$1,680+10% per person). Highlights include Andria Burrata Cheese Tart with green asparagus and Oscietra caviar, Homemade “Emilian” Tagliatelle Pasta with farmyard organic ragu di ‘corte’ and Molterrino pecorino cheese fondue, and a festive dessert of Traditional Easter Egg with panna cotta, mango, and citrus fruit. Both lunch and dinner degustation experiences are inclusive of a crisp welcome glass of Ferrari, DOC Trento Brut NV.

     

    BluHouse Food Hall | Easter Specials

    BluHouse Food Hall will also be serving four Easter Specials alongside its seasonal à la carte menu. Easter-exclusive dishes on offer include Stuffed Artichoke (HK$348) with buffalo mozzarella, anchovies and capers, Homemade Cavatelli Pasta (HK$298) with veal ragu, aged ricotta cheese and fresh basil, New Zealand Roasted Lamb (HK$498) with finger potato, red onion, and Datterino tomato, and Pastiera Napoletana (HK$138), a traditional Neapolitan cake with vanilla ice cream.
