• Duddell’s reunites with Silks House for two-night collaboration

Following two sold-out dinners in Hong Kong earlier this year, One MICHELIN-starred Duddell’s reunites with Silks House at Regent Taipei for a two-night collaboration on 16 and 17 September 2026. The event marks Duddell’s first collaboration in Taipei and sees Executive Chef Chan Yau Leung join forces once again with Regent Taipei Chinese Culinary Director Wo Hoi Ming (Chef Max Wo).

Since their first collaboration, Silks House has earned One MICHELIN Star and ranked No. 64 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026, while Duddell’s was recently named among Tatler Best’s Top 20 Restaurants of Hong Kong.

Created especially for Taipei, the nine-course menu brings together signatures from both restaurants, including Silks House’s Braised “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall” with Cordyceps Flower and Fish Maw and Duddell’s Sautéed Prawn with Chicken Broth and Braised Whole Yoshihama 28 Heads Abalone.

The dinner is priced at NT$16,800 + 10% per person, inclusive of five wine pairings, with a non-alcoholic pairing available as an alternative.
