• Discover winter dishes and festive delights at Prince and the Peacock

    A CELEBRATION OF REGIONAL ROYALTY

This season’s menu takes guests on a royal culinary journey across India, from the Himalayan heritage of Sikkim to the opulent Mughal courts and the spice-rich coasts of Kerala. Highlights include a comforting Thukpa with winter cabbage and bamboo shoot momos; richly perfumed Sandali Murgh tandoor-roasted with saffron and sandalwood; fiery, coastal Crab Claw Porichettu from Cochin; and the luxurious Kandhari Veal Shank, slow-cooked with pomegranate and Kandhari chillies. The experience concludes with a refreshing Pear, Lemon & Green Tea Sorbet, inspired by ancient Tamil tradition.
