Each pairing pays homage to the rich, spice-laden heritage of the Silk Road, fusing authentic Indian flavours with the art of modern mixology.
Flavours of the Silk Road: An Indian and Cantonese Culinary Crossover
Embark on an exclusive one-day gastronomic experience where Chef Manav Tuli of Leela and Chef Cheung Siu Kong of Summer Pavilion collaborate to present an eight-course menu blending the unique qualities of Indian and Cantonese cuisines.
Each dish showcases the chefs’ expertise, pushing flavor boundaries in exciting new directions. Highlights include Fish Skin Chaat, Lamb Keema Stuffed Chicken Wing, Tiger Prawn Chingri Malai, Beef Cheek with Bamboo Shoots, Crab Dosa with Preserved Crab Roe, Indian x Cantonese Fried Rice, and Black Sesame Rice Dumplings with Osmanthus in Masala Chai. Priced at SGD 250++ per person, this culinary journey is available for lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm and dinner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
