The final layer includes TATE Dining Room’s pastry delights including Chocolate Bon Bons created with Valrhona dark chocolate and raspberry- lavender ganache, Valrhona White Chocolate with rose popping candy, and Valrhona Milk Chocolate Ganache with chamomile-infused honey caramel.

    Special Valentine’s Day Brioche Gift Set

      For the ultimate Valentine’s Day dining experience at home, Date by TATE has fashioned a Michelin-worthy takeaway meal for two, available exclusively on 14th & 15th February with only 35 sets per day.

    The romantic Valentine’s Gastronomy Box (HK$3,000 for two) features 1 half bottle of Billecart-Salmon Brut Sparkling Rose NV (375ml), and starts with TATE Dining Room’s famous bread basket. This is followed by refined starters of Caviar & Obsiblue Prawn with purple cauliflower cram and Jelly of Beef Consomme with beef tongue and Jerusalem artichoke, among other delectable seasonal appetizers. The next course is a warm, sweet corn soup, followed by the main course of either Beef Bourguignon or Cod Fish with scallop mousse. The third tier features a dessert of Honey Passion Fruit Entremet, and crispy honey and honey lollipop mignardises using honey from a local bee farm.

    Upgrade the experience by adding on the Champagne Set (for two) at the price of HK$680.
