Trattoria Felino hosted a one-night-only charity dinner on 22 December, uniting a standout lineup of Hong Kong chefs and venues for a collaborative multi-course evening in support of families impacted by the Tai Po fire – a tragedy that has affected many in the community. The dinner (food only) is priced at HK$1,880 + 10% per guest, and all revenue from food and beverage on the night was donated to The Community Chest of Hong Kong, supporting its relief work through the Tai Po Fire Emergency Appeal.
“Our hearts are with everyone affected by the Tai Po fire,” says Chef Marcello Scognamiglio, co-founder of Trattoria Felino. “This dinner is our way of bringing the hospitality community together to raise meaningful support for families who need it right now.”
