Following its opening at Tiffany & Co.’s Lee Gardens flagship in June, Tiffany Blue Box Café introduces its first-ever Sunday Brunch, launching on 9 August. Created exclusively for the new offering by Chef Consultant Agustin Balbi and the Blue Box Café team, the menu features an entirely new selection of dishes, with only the café’s popular Club Sandwich carried over from the all-day menu.
Priced at HK$658 + 10% per guest, brunch begins with freshly baked breads before an indulgent Seafood Tower featuring oysters, king crab, sea urchin seafood salad and truffle-finished scallops. Guests can then choose from four mains, including handmade crab tagliolini, roasted chicken and rice casserole, Beef Rossini with truffle, or the signature Club Sandwich, before ending with one of five contemporary desserts. Optional beverage packages range from mocktail tea free-flow to Champagne pairings, making it an elegant new weekend dining experience in the café’s iconic Tiffany Blue® setting.
Reservations are now open for all day dining, lunch, Sunday brunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
