Special Chachawan Pop-Up Menu at Tong Chong Street Market

The extensive pop-up menu is sure to satiate cravings for Thai food, including refreshing salads, traditional mains, sweet desserts and thirst-quenching drinks.

Tuck in to Som Dtum Thai (HK$35), a pounded green papaya salad with cherry tomatoes, chilli, dried shrimp, and peanuts with a sweet and sour tamarind dressing, Pad Kra Prao Moo (HK$78) stir-fried minced pork and basil, Thai garlic, chilli, pepper, and spicy sauce served with Thai jasmine rice, Phad Thai (HK$88) stir-fried noodles with prawns, tofu, sweet tamarind, peanuts, and chilli, and Gai Yang (HK$98) grilled chicken thigh marinated for 24 hours in garlic, pepper, coriander, and jhim jeaw sauce served with Thai jasmine rice.

Available exclusively at the Tong Chong Street Market is Kheaw wan Nuer (HK$88) green curry with beef, peas, eggplant, coconut cream, and Thai sweet basil served with Thai jasmine rice.

With the order of any main dish, add on a Fried Egg (HK$10), Thai Iced Milk Tea (+HK$10, or HK$38 a la carte), Fresh Lime Soda (+HK$10, or HK$25 a la carte), Longan Nahn (+HK$20 or HK$38 a la carte), and Fresh Young Coconut (+HK$30, or HK$45 a la carte).

Fix your sweet tooth cravings with Khao Niaw Mamuang (HK$68) mango sticky rice, a classic Thai dessert that is best enjoyed on hot summer days.
