
New Signature Four-Course Family-Style Menu for Dinner & Weekend Lunch
Priced at HK$478+10% per guest in a group of minimum four persons, Chachawan’s new signature family-style menu is a sweet-salty-sour-spicy smackdown of flavours that offers a bold yet comforting rendition of regional Isaan cuisine. Highlights include choices of appetisers such as Som Dtum Khao Pod, a corn salad with salted egg, cherry tomatoes, chilli, Thai garlic, and sweet and sour Tamarind dressing; and Larp Moo, a mixed salad of chopped pork, pork skin, shallots, spring onion, mint, coriander, and spicy-sour dressing.
Sumptuous mains include choices of Gai Yung, grilled chicken thigh marinated over 24 hours in garlic, peppers, and coriander served with jhim jeaw; Pla Phao Glua, salt-crusted whole seabass stuffed with lemongrass, pandan, and lime leaves, cooked over fire and served with chilli dipping sauce; and Chef Narisara’s special Isaan dish of the month: Goong Phao, a traditional dish of char-grilled giant river prawns served with green chilli seafood sauce. This dish is only available until 31stAugust, after which a new monthly special will be introduced to the menu.
Continue the Thai feast with a choice of either Phad Thai stir-fried noodles with prawns, tofu, egg, and Tamarind sauce, or Khao Pad wok-fried rice with crab meat, egg, and spring onion. For dessert, indulge in choices of Khao Niew Mamuang, the beloved mango sticky rice, or Kanom Dtum, warm coconut rice dumplings served in salted coconut cream.
