    Ser Wong Fun, a historic institution in Hong Kong, will host an exclusive pop-up event at Holt’s Café in Rosewood Hong Kong on the evenings of February 26th and 27th, 2025. This collaboration celebrates Holt’s Café’s success in curating exceptional dining experiences, featuring renowned establishments like Hop Sze Restaurant and Keng Eng Kee Seafood. As part of the Year of the Snake festivities, this event highlights Ser Wong Fun’s signature snake-based delicacies known for their warmth and nourishment, in alignment with traditional Chinese medicine. Led by fourth-generation owner Gigi Paulina Ng, Ser Wong Fun has preserved its culinary heritage since 1895, earning the prestigious MICHELIN Bib Gourmand distinction for nine consecutive years.
