Available now until 8 February 2026, Ming Pavilion’s Winter Seasonal Menu showcases comforting Minnan and Fujian flavours. Priced at HK$988 per person, the set features refined appetisers, seafood highlights such as coral red garoupa in tomato soup, premium claypot specialties including local flower lobster and king crab, and a hearty main of slow-cooked A4 Wagyu beef chuck rib. The experience is completed with classic Fujian dishes and nostalgic desserts. Selected dishes are also available à la carte.

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with Ming Pavilion’s Chinese New Year Sharing-Style Set Menu (HK$1,088 + 10% per guest), designed for festive gatherings and family reunions. Highlights include auspicious abalone with kampachi yusheng, assorted appetisers, double-boiled fish maw soup, Minnan-style steamed coral red garoupa, tea-smoked crispy chicken and Fujian-style braised beef, ending on a light note with peach gum and white fungus sweet soup.

A festive favourite symbolising abundance and togetherness, Ming Pavilion’s Fujian Buddha Jumps Over the Wall Poon Choi (HK$1,288) brings together premium ingredients such as South African abalone, fish maw, sea cucumber, dried seafood, live prawns and more, layered in a generous communal pot perfect for reunion dining.
