The experience begins with an aperitivo followed by Aori-ika with almond and caviar, leading into a vibrant Blue Lobster with fennel, dill, and blood orange. A luxurious Linguine with Mazara red prawn and chilli precedes a delicate wild mushroom Consommé with tortellini. Guests may then choose between Bottoni with saffron and Melanosporum black truffle or Tagliolini in aromatic chicken–mushroom jus crowned with Alba white truffle (supplement HK$980).
