NEW A LA CARTE DISHES AT BUENOS AIRES POLO CLUB
This season, Buenos Aires Polo Club adds new a la carte dishes to its menu that celebrates Argentina’s dynamic grilling culture and cuisine. New dishes include Wagyu Beef Tongue (HK$298) with capers, shallot and Malbec vinaigrette, and a selection of hot starters such as Provoleta (HK$198) with grilled rustic bread, Chorizo Sausage (HK$168) with chimichurri, Grilled Bone Marrow (HK$298) with oxtail Malbec jam, and Locro (HK$148) with chorizo, corn and pumpkin soup.

NEW DAILY LUNCH MENU
From HK$488+10% per person, savour a new Buenos Aires Polo Club three-course lunch experience serving daily from 12pm-2:30pm. Choices of starters include Onion Soup with roasted garlic, sherry beef broth and cheese croutons; Beef Empanada with salsa criolla; and Scallop Ceviche (+HK$38) with tomato, avocado shallots, among others. Main plates showcase premium meats cooked in the Argentinian ‘asado’ tradition, with choices such as General Pico Black Angus ribeye (12oz), tenderloin (8oz), and sirloin (12oz); Grass-fed Black Angus Beef Burger with Malbec onions, blue cheese and garlic aioli; and Prime USDA ribeye (10oz) and bone-in ribeye (24oz, serves 2, supplement +HK$458). Complement the main course with classic sides such as Fries Provenzal with garlic and parsley; Provoleta Mac N Cheese with fontina cheese; and Sauteed Broccoli.

NEW “PLATED” MENU: CLÁSICO DE ARGENTINA
Served only on Mondays and Tuesdays, the new PLATED early week dinner series is back with a curated menu by Chef Jack. Priced starting at HK$488+10% per person, the menu features Argentinian classics starting with choices of appetisers including Chorizo Sausage with chimichurri, beef, chicken or spinach & provolone Empanadas and exclusively for PLATED, the Flor a la Plancha with grilled vegetable, Club rub and corn salsa.
Select one main course from choices such as 12oz General Pico Black Angus ribeye, from General Pico Argentinian Pure Black Angus cattle grazed on the lush grass of the Pampas, and Mixed Seafood Grill with Argentinian prawn, scallop, salmon, and chorizo oyster. Tuck in to delectable sides of Fries Provenzal and Sauteed Broccoli with roasted garlic, followed by a dessert ofMalvaviscos, a traditional Argentinian dessert of coffee semifreddo, bitter orange marshmallow and dulce de leche.

NEW MARTINI MASTERCLASSES
Master the art of the martini, the timeless tipple, alongside a selection of Argentinian bites at Buenos Aires Polo Club’s newly launched martini masterclasses led by expert bartenders. If ever a cocktail existed to elevate drinking, it is the martini, this quintessential libation carries a wealth of possibilities: shaken or stirred, dry or wet, gin or vodka. Available daily from 3pm-6pm for a minimum of two guests per session, the martini masterclasses will teach guests to perfect three variations of the classic drink.
