Bibi & Baba celebrates Singapore National Day with limited-time chili crab & Singapore Sling pitchers

From 9 August until 8 September 2021, Bibi & Baba celebrates Singapore National Day with limited-time specials: Singapore’s famous Chilli Crab, and its national cocktail, the Singapore Sling, served by the pitcher. Bibi & Baba is pleased to inform guests that each table can now accommodate up to 12 guests, and advanced reservations can now be made for groups of six guests or more.

Led by Malaysia-born, Singapore-trained Head Chef Ho Wai-Kong, Bibi & Baba takes guests on a vibrant journey into reinvented Singapore and Malaysian fare, using rare spices and cooking techniques native to Malaysian, Singaporean and Indonesian communities. Defined by colours, spices, and the marriage of flavours, Bibi & Baba presents new dishes that are inspired by a blend of Singaporean and Malaysian culinary classics.
