    Sushi Raku Debuts at BaseHall 02 starting from 3 December 2025

    Sushi Raku, known for its approachable Japanese dining and fresh, skillfully prepared sushi, brings its popular Central concept to BaseHall with a new counter serving signature rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and donburi. Its arrival adds an elevated yet accessible Japanese option to the food hall, spotlighting quality seafood and classic comfort dishes.

    At BaseHall, Sushi Raku offers an extensive menu at wallet-friendly prices, including favourites such as Salmon Nigiri (HK$15), Tuna Nigiri (HK$35), Aka Shrimp Nigiri (HK$28), and Yellowtail Nigiri (HK$25). Guests can also enjoy premium rolls like the Sakura Shrimp & Tiger Prawn Uramaki (HK$55), Soft-Shell Crab Uramaki (HK$58), Minced Tuna Mini Roll (HK$58). For a heartier meal, chirashi bowls such as the Salmon & Ikura Bowl (HK$1188), Toyosu Sashimi Donburi (HK$178), and YamayukiBlurfin Tuna Donburi(HK$188) offer generous, fresh cuts over seasoned rice.

    Sushi sets including the 5-Piece Nigiri + Miso Soup (HK$60+) and 8-Piece Nigiri + Miso Soup HK$96+) provide excellent value. Founded in 2020 by two donut enthusiasts determined to fill Hong Kong’s pastry gap, Hole Foods quickly became a community favourite by creating flavours inspired directly by customer cravings.
